Cancel or modify the order before it is shipped

You can cancel or modify your order at any time prior to shipment. However, if you choose to cancel the order and pay with PayPal or credit card, a 5% fee will be deducted. If you purchase with Affirm, there will be a 5-10% fee. This fee includes merchant fees for processing credit cards, PayPal accounts and refunds.

Order is cancelled after delivery

If your order has already been shipped and the goods are in transit, please contact us and we can try to return it to the sender. But we can't guarantee success.
Return after receiving the order
We will only accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Before shipping, you must contact us at K.0055@OUTLOOK.COM. Any product returned without prior notice will be rejected. Once you contact us, we will issue a return label. The amount of the product shipped back will be the responsibility of the consumer and the freight will not be refunded. The amount returned to us will be deducted from the refund. If you choose to return the accessory without packing it properly and damage the item during the return shipping, the customer is responsible for the loss.

Custom order
If you want to cancel your custom order after the item has already been ordered from our store, there is a 50% replenishment fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled simply because it is taking longer than expected to produce a custom item.
Returned goods should remain in their original state, accessories, gifts, etc. should be returned together. The store reserves the right to refuse to return the goods ‌ if the goods are damaged, soiled, etc.
Invoices, receipts, packing cases and other original purchase documents of returned goods should be intact. The store reserves the right to refuse the return ‌ in case of lack of relevant documents.

Transport damage
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the damaged product and the box it was shipped in. If the product is damaged, it is most likely caused by shipping and you need to claim from the carrier. In this case, we will send you a new product in exchange for the damaged product. If you wish to return a product instead of exchanging it for a new one, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. All damage must be reported to HAT-TRICK within 7 days of receiving the package without exception.

The deadline to return
After 15 days, we can't accept returns. The 15-day period will begin after the package has been delivered.

Incorrect or missing product
If you receive the wrong product, please send the product picture and order confirmation number to K.0055@OUTLOOK.COM within 7 days. Once the package shows logistics tracking information, we will immediately issue a return label and send the correct product. Lost package in transit
